I also ran a Trend Micro Housecall and it found a bunch of malware. I cannot find any information about these virus names. These two files are: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\NortonPID.hlp(virus found IRC/BackDoor.Flood), and C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\ret.bat(Could be infected BAT/Generic). There were two others that it could not remove and said they were infected. It isolated four system32 files titled "advisory.nfo, OS32.ini, WinOS.hlp, and WINClock.exe". It say I have a Trojan Horse IRC/backdoor.Flood.
